Ingredients:  
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cold water
1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put egg white, sugar, water and corn syrup in top of double boiler.
Beat till well combined.
Place over rapidly boiling water.
Beat constantly with electric beater until it cooks for 7 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Remove from heat and beat in vanilla.

Mocha Fluff: Add 1 tsp. instant coffee granules crushed.

Cherry Fluff: Add only 3 tbsp. water and 3 tbsp. cherry juice and 1/8 tsp. almond flavoring and a touch of red food coloring.

Marshmallow Fluff: Add 1 cup mini marshmallows at the last. Beat until they melt.(This may be used to fill a jelly roll as well)
