2 cups white chocolate chips
7 oz. marshmallow cream
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. cherry jello powder
1/2 cup chopped dried cherries or cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan melt butter, sugar, cream and salt.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, once boiling set timer for 5 minutes. and stir in Jello powder.

After the 5 minutes are up remove pan from heat.

Place the white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream in large bowl and pour hot liquid over it.

Stir until the chips are melted and there is no white fluff remaining.

Fold in dried cherries and pour into 9x9 foil lined greased pan.

Cool for a couple of hours.
