4 slices of bread
1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the crust from bread and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Place in greased square baking dish.
In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink: drain.
Sprinkle the sausage and cheese over bread cubes.
In a bowl, whish the eggs with milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over the sausage and cheese.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
