3 cups flour,
3 tsp. baking powder,
1 1/2 tsp salt,
2 tbsp. sugar,
1 cup powdered milk,
2 tbsp. melted shortening,
1 1/2 cups water,

Directions:
Directions:
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and add shortening and the water:

Mix with hands until dough is soft and put on floured counter and knead for a minute or two:

Pinch of apple sized pieces and roll into a disk shape and fry in hot oil
