1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix peanut butter and sugar; stir in remaining ingredients. Shape in 1 inch balls and put on ungreased cookie sheets. Press with fork to flatten slightly and bake in a 350º oven for 12-15 minutes. There is no flour in this recipe! Let the kids help with this one. :)
