3 cups hot mashed turnip
3 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1/2 cup Ritz Crackers - crushed
2 tbsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash the turnips and add the 3 tbsp. butter and 2 beaten eggs.

Add and mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add to turnip mixture.

Put the mixture in a greased casserole dish.

Mix crackers and the 2 tbsp. butter together and put on top of casserole.

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes until browned.
