Cake:
1 pkg Butter Cake Mix
3/4 c chopped pecans
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter, softened

Topping:
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pecans, eggs, and butter. Pat into shallow 9x13 well greased and floured pan. Cream together cream cheese, conf. sugar, and eggs. Spread on top of mixture in pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
