20 Ritz Crackers 1 c sugar 1 c nuts 3 egg whites 1 t vanilla
Crush crackers and add 1/2 c sugar and nuts. Beat egg whites and add remaining 1/2 c sugar. Fold crumb mixture into whites and add vanilla. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. When cool, top with whipped cream.
