Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One and one-half sleeves saltine crackers
1 1/2 cups butter
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 package semisweet chocolate chips (minis are great)
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a cookie sheet (I use 12 x 18 - must have sides) with parchment paper. Lay saltines edges to edge, single layer, on parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar to butter. Cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Immediately remove from heat and pour evenly over crackers on cookie sheet. Liquid mixture will spread as it bakes. Bake for 15 minutes. Butter mixture will be a deep golden brown. With a utensil, quickly straighten any crackers out of alignment.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crackers. When chips have melted, spread evenly over the entire layer. Sprinkle pecans on top.
Chill in refrigerator for about an hour. Break into pieces and serve.
