Ingredients:  
One cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cube (stick) butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 cups flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and butter. Add beaten eggs. Mix in dry ingredients and add pecans.

Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch diameter rolls and wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.

When ready to bake, slice into thin slices and bake in a 375º oven for 12 minutes.
