1 Green Cabbage (Sliced)
1 Package Tofurky Original Italian Meatless Sausage
1 small Red Onion (Thinly Sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Medium Sliced)
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Pepper
1 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1 Tbsp 21 Seasonings Salute

Directions:

Bring 2 Cups of Water to Boil in a Large Pot. Add cabbage to boiling water. Stir. Allow to cook down for 2 mins. Add Earth's Balance Vegan Butter, Bell Pepper and Red Onion.Stir. Add Basil, Onion Powder, Garlic Pepper, 21 Seasonings Salute. Stir. In a separate pan heat 2 Tbsp Vegan Butter. Add Tofurky Meatless Italian Sausage. Pan Sear until desired browning. Add Tofurky Meatless Italian Sausage to Cabbage. Stir. Serve over rice.
