3 oz Cream Cheese 1 Large Lime or Strawberry Jello 2 T mayo 1 1/2 c hot water 1 can crushed, drained pineapple 1/3 to 1/2 c chopped nuts
Break cheese into small pieces and mix in mayo. Stir Jello in hot water and add to cheese/mayo mix. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Mix well. Pour in dish and put in freezer for a few minutes to set. Cover and put in fridge. This is a Gandy Holiday Staple!
