1 C butter or margarine
1/3 C whipping cream
2 C flour
granulated sugar

Directions:
Measure flour. Mix butter and cream and flour thoroughly. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 roll dough 1/8" think on lightly floured surface. Cut into 1/2" rounds. Transfer to wax paper heavily sprinkled with sugar, turning to coat both sides. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Prick in 4 places with fork. Bake 7-9 min or until lightly puffy. Put 2 cookies together with filling.
