Ingredients: 2 lb organic lean beef (just what I prefer, can be any kind of burger meat)
8-10 medium sized tomatoes on vine 🍅 dice them in different pan than meat (the pan that will be the sauce pan that you add meat to once cooked so make sure big enough)
1/2 cup of water in with tomatoes to help soften them
2 cans of tomato paste
1/2 white onion
1/2 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic chopped or a little less if you're not a fan
2 smaller boxes of baby Bella’s mushrooms or a little less if you prefer 🍄 ( I cook mine in the leftover meat oil before putting in sauce along with the onions and garlic and green peppers)
cut up 1/2 of fresh parsley bunch into small pieces
1 tablespoon of dried rosemary leaves
1/2 cup red wine (I use Pinot noir or Cabernet, optional)

Directions: |
Directions:Add all together , Stir often and let cook on high until a nice smooth great consistent sauce. Then, turn down to low/medium covered. In the time of about 2 hours , I season with a little olive oil, crushed black pepper and garlic salt all depending on your liking! |
