1 lb. black seedless grapes
1 lb. red seedless grapes
2 lb. green seedless grapes
1 8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 7 oz. marshmallow cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 oz. sour cream (optional)
6 oz. chopped toasted pecan / walnuts (optional)
1 tablespoon butter for toasting pecans / walnuts

Directions:
Wash grapes in a colander under running water, and remove all stems. Place in a large bowl. (Allow them to dry a bit so the mixture will stick to them-I usually wash them and place them on paper towels and roll them around) In a separate bowl, stir together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme (and sour cream) until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture over the grapes. Using a rubber spatula or large serving spoon, fold-gently into the mixture into the grapes until well coated. Fold in the toasted pecans / walnuts. (if desired) I toast the nuts in about 1 tablespoon butter - paying very close attention to them as to not over toast. This salad may be served immediately, or covered and refrigerated for 1 hour to set slightly, and to allow flavors to blend.

You may sprinkle a little brown sugar on top just for presentation.
