1 pack of pork chops (Pat the porkchops dry with a paper towel)
1 onion *Optional*
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Seasoning Salt
Pepper
Sazon

Barbeque sauce (Your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat over to 350ºF
Season the pork chops with seasoning salt, 2 packs of sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
Cut up 1 onion (Optional)
Place porkchops with onion in pan. Add 3 to 4 cups of water. Place in the oven. Cover and cook for 60 minutes. Remove cover add barbecue sauce and bake for about 20 more minutes
