8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
12 oz Goat Cheese - softened
1/2 lb butter
1 cup Basil Pesto
1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes - minced and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl add cheese and butter; beat till well blended & fluffy.

Line an 8-inch pan with dampened cheese cloth, leaving enough cloth to fold over top.

BUILD TORTE: Layer ⅓ cheese mixture on bottom; spread ½ pesto; repeat. Spread remaining cheese; top with tomatoes. Wrap with plastic; fold cheese cloth over. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Can make 1-2 days ahead.

Serve with crackers.
