Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans white tuna fish (I use “in water”)
4-6 celery stalks (you may want more or less)
1 onion
1 24-oz jar of Vlasic Kosher Dill pickle spears
1 1 lb bag or box of elbow macaroni
Mayonaise to taste (use lite to lower calories)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook elbow macaroni per package directions. Drain and rinse with hot water to remove starch; rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Drain and place in large bowl; set aside.

In medium bow, chop onion. celery, and pickles.

In a small bowl, empty tuna fish and break into small pieces with a fork.

Add tuna fish and all chopped ingredients into the large bowl with macaroni; mix well (you should have a fairly even amount of each... if you like it more crunchy add more celery).

Add mayonnaise and mix well... I add a good deal to make it creamy.

Personal Notes:
This dish always made an appearance at gatherings with Aunt Katie & Uncle Lee. It's light and delicious.
