1 tsp fresh dill
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 lg cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
6 slices thin white bread

Directions:
Directions:
To MAKE DILL BUTTER:
In small mixing bowl, combine dill and butter thoroughly.

TO MAKE SANDWICH:
Spread dill butter evenly on bread slices.
Place one slice buttered bread on cutting board.
Layer cucumbers on top
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with second slice of buttered bread.
Cut into quarters.

Serve on pretty platter with tea.
