12 medium onions, chopped, but not too small
4-5 pieces of bread, hardened
1/2 stick butter
Bell's seasoning (stuffing seasoning mix in a small yellow box with a turkey on the front of the box) to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Prepare 9x9-inch casserole pan: lightly grease with PAM.

In medium saucepan, boil onions in water until tender. Mash well.

Add butter, bread, salt and pepper until well combined. Sprinkle Bell's seasoning on top, taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.

Place in prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve hot.
