1 1/2 pounds dry great northern beans
1 16 ounce DAK can ham( available in the meat isle of Wal-Marts)
celery
1 16 ounce bag of baby carrots
1 small onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Take Dak Ham and open it
Cut the ham long ways in half
leave the two pieces together and cut them into about 1/2 inch bite size pieces
Add to a 7-8 quart slow cookerChop celery and add celery, carrots, and chopped onion tp slow cooker
Add water so that it is about 1/2 inch from top
Add salt and pepper and mix well
Cook on low for 4-5 hours, add more water if needed
