2(3-Pounds each)fryer chicken 4 teaspoons catsup 4 teaspoons white vinegar 4 teaspoons butter 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce 8 teaspoons water 1 teaspoons red pepper 4 teaspoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons prepared mustard 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons chili powder

Directions:
Heat oven to 500*F.Grease a brown paper bag.Prepare chicken and cut as for frying.Place all other ingredients in saucepan and heat.Dip chicken pieces in sauce and place in a well greased paper bag.If any sauce is left,pour it in bag with chicken.Fold bag to close and place it in a roaster with tight coverBake 15 minutes at 500*F.,then reduce to 350*F.and bake for 11/4 hours.
