4 - 4 oz. tilapia fillets
2 T. seasoned salt
olive oil cooking spray
½ c, grated parmesan cheese
2 T. butter, softened
1½ T. mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
2 t. lemon zest
⅛ t. dried bail
⅛ t. pepper
⅛ t. onion powder
⅛ t. celery salt

Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Line a pan with aluminum foil and spray a rack with olive oil. Season fillets with seasoned salt and place on the rack in the pan. Combine the remaining ingredients.

Cook the fillets until barely opaque, 2 - 3 minutes per side. Spread the parmesan cheese mixture over the fillets and continue cooking until the topping is golden brown and the fish flakes easily, 3 - 5 minutes more.
