One 14 oz. bag of sweetened coconut flakes

Two C. semi-sweet chocolate chip chunks

2/3 C chopped lightly salted almonds ( I use Blue Diamond Low sodium lightly salted - light blue bag )

One 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk ( regular or fat free works )

1. Preheat oven to 325 F

2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside

3. In a lg. bowl combine coconut, chocolate chips, almonds, & sweetened condensed milk.

4. Stir until combined.

5. Scoop out dough with a cookie scoop onto cookie sheet.

6 Moisten finger tips with water & shape into discs.Pat tops flat. ( about the size of silver dollar )

7. Bake for 12 to 14 min. or until tips of coconut just start to turn brown.

8. Let cool on baking sheet.

9 . Store cookies in an airtight container.
