2 Medium potatoes cut into cubes
1 lb smoked Kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can (32 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 Cups chicken broth
1 can (10 ¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
2 medium carrots sliced
2 celery ribs sliced
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 bacon strips cooked and crumbled

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. (add more water or chicken broth if needed.). Cook on high, five to six hours until veggies are tender. Skim fat before serving.
