4 Red Bell Peppers
4-5 basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Over a stove burner char a pepper (one at a time) until the skin is completely blacked and blistery (5-10 minutes each). Let cool and rub the pepper in a paper towel until the skin is totally removed. Then cut out the stem, Slice open the pepper and remove seeds and white membrane. The meat of the peppers should be soft. Slice the peppers into long strips.

In a Mason Jar, add the peppers, whole individual basil leaves, garlic and sea salt. Cover the peppers in olive oil. Marinate overnight, and refrigerate up to a week.
