1 lb Lasagna Noodles
3 lbs Ricotta Cheese
2 1/2 lbs Fresh Spinach, chopped fine
4 eggs
1 large bottle of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp orange peel
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c Shredded Asiago Cheese
2 lb Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 tb Olive Oil
1 clove of garlic, minced.











Directions:
Directions:
Cook Lasagna Noodles, Drain and then soak in cold water. Set aside.

Saute in Olive oil the garlic and the spinach. Cooked till wilted.

In a large bowl, mix ricotta, spinach,eggs, nutmeg, orange peel, black pepper, garlic powder, Asiago, and 1/2 lb of mozzarella. Mix till fully blended.

Take two trays, and cover the bottom with Sauce Lay three noodles over the sauce and cover the noodles with the mixture. Do another layer of noodles,mixture and noodle. Cover the final noodle with spaghetti sauce, and finally shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake 375 covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for ten minutes,
