mayonaise

mustard

pickle juice (Dill)

bacon

salt

pepper

paprika

bacon

maple syrup

boil your eggs ( bring eggs to boil for 13 minutes remove from burner drain and cover eggs with cold water)

peel eggs

cut eggs in 1/2

add egg yokes to a bowl add a teaspoon of mustard and a tablespoon of mayonaise with a couple teaspoons of dill pickle juice.Salt n pepper to your taste and mix with a fork. you can tweak your mustard, mayonaise and pickle juice to your taste.

cut raw bacon in bite size pieces and fry. After the bacon is cooked add pancake syrup to cover the bacon pieces. Remove from skillet and place on a plate.

take your egg yolk mix and fill the eggs
add a piece of candied bacon to the top.
sprinkle with paprika
