2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
3 Tablespoons chopped parsley (less if using dried)
1/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup white wine

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in an oven safe saute pan and bake for 10 minutes. Serve over rice, quinoa or pasta.
