1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
6 peeled potatoes sliced thin on mandelin
3 potatoes boiled and mashed with 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 package beefy onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese.
1/2 cup corn

Preheat oven to 350
Put parchment paper on 11 x 17 inch on cookie sheet and cut to fit then sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese
Put slices of potatoes slightly overlapping to cover cookie sheet and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over slices
Bake 30 minutes
While baking, brown meat and drain. Add soup mix and fill the empty pouch with water and add to meat. Simmer on low 10 minutes and add 1/2 cup corn drain well again
Boil potatoes and mash with 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese and 1/8 cup milk.

Spread mash potatoes over potato slices. Spread meat mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby jack cheese.
Using parchment paper under potatoes, roll from short end.
Bake an extra 15 minutes
