2 8oz. packages of cream cheese (softened)
1 8oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped green peppers
2 T Season Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese in medium mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually stir in pinapple, green pepper, season salt and one cup of pecans. Shape into ball and roll in the remaining chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic film until well chilled. Serve on board surrounded with crackers.

Personal Notes:
I usually chill the cheese ball a little before rolling in the chopped nuts. Its not as messy that way. Also, I use about half the amount specified for the Season Salt.
