2 packages vegetable cream cheese (softened)
1 loaf sliced Pepperidge Farm (5) grain bread
25 slices bacon (cut in half)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Generously spread vegetable cream cheese on each slice of bread.
Roll tightly from the smallest end.
Cut rolled bread into (4) slices.
Wrap each slice with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Place on broiler pan.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Turn as needed.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
