1¾ cup all purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
¼ t. baking soda
3 T. sugar
½ t. salt
3 large eggs
1½ cups buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted and cooled

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt (dry ingredients)

In a second bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth, then whisk in the buttermilk and melted butter until combined

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until the batter is combined. (there will be some lumps)

Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to one hour

For each waffle ladle about ⅓ cup of the waffle mix into the waffle iron and cook about 3-4 minutes until brown.
