4 tuna steaks (3/4" thick)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. teriyaki marinade
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush fish with oil and place on grill: Grill 1-2 minutes on each side (for medium-rare) or until seared. Brush fish with teriyaki and season with pepper. OR
Preheat a large sauté pan on medium-high. Season the tuna steaks and coat with sesame seeds.
Place 1 tbsp. olive oil in pan then add tuna. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until seared. OR
Preheat - Broil - Season the tuna with seafood seasoning - place on baking sheet. Broil 2-3 minutes and each side - or until seared.
