2 1/4 c Bisquick
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 T chopped fresh or dried herbs: parsley, basil or rosemary
1/4 c sour cream
2 T Dijon mustard
1/3 c milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
12 flat parsley leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick with cheese, herbs and stir. Mix sour cream, mustard, and milk in small bowl. Stir into dry mix. Place dough on floured surface, knead 10 times, roll to 1/2" thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Brush each with slightly beaten egg. Put parsley leaf on top and brush again with egg wash. Bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes.
