1 cup AP flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbls oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and drop by tablespoons into pain you are cooking chicken dumplings or beef stew.
(Needs a lot of liquid in pain and they can be dropped right into liquid).
Cover with a lid and let cook 15 minutes.
