2 1/2 lb pork roast (boneless)
1/4 c soy sauce
1/2 c bourbon
2 T worcestershire sauce
1/4 c canola oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 T brown sugar
1 t pepper
1/2 t ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse pork and pat dry. Combine remaining ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Put roast in bag and turn to coat with mixture. Let marinate for 12 hours in fridge. Remove from marinade and discard marinade. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Bake at 350 for at least one hour.
