Di's Banana Bread Recipe

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 ½ tsp. Baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 overripe bananas
½ c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Mash bananas, stir into batter. Add nuts. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60-70 minutes. The extra time is if you use large bananas and end up with with an extra moist batter.

Personally I love adding a 1/2 cup of Nestle's Dark Chocolate Morsels and I always prefer pecans although Di likes walnuts also. r
