Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning mix 16 oz. sour cream 1 small bottle of taco sauce Lettuce, finely chopped 2-3 Tomatoes, finely chopped 1 can of pitted Black olives, sliced 8 oz package of shredded mild cheddar cheese 3 green onions, sliced with greens removed Round Pyrex baking dish with lid Pam Tortilla chips

Directions: |
Directions:Cook ground beef in a frying pan until no longer pink. Add Taco seasonings and cook according to package directions.
Spray baking dish generously with Pam. Add taco meat to baking dish. Add sour cream, spreading it in a layer on taco meat. Pour taco sauce on sour cream layer. Layer lettuce, layer tomatoes. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese for the next layer. Layer black olives, then top green onions.
Microwave for 15 to 20 minutes on high until cheese is melted or bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Scoop out on to plate and serve with tortilla chips. |
