1 loaf of mini bread slices
1 lb. package of Bob Evans breakfast sausage
1 jar of pizza sauce
1- 8 oz can slices mushrooms, drained and chopped fine
1 package shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Open up Bob Evans sausage; put in medium bowl; mix pizza sauce and chopped mushrooms with the sausage thoroughly.
Open up the package of mini bread slices, place one tablespoon of sausage mix on each slice of bread and place on a cookie sheet. Put a little garlic powder on each mini pizza and cover with a little shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Heat oven to 350°, bake mini pizzas for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.

These can be made ahead of time, placed on a cookie sheet and put in the freezer until completely frozen. Place assembled mini pizzas on a cookie sheet, freeze and put in Ziplock bags until ready to cook and serve. Then when you want to serve the frozen mini pizzas, remove from the freezer, put on a cookie sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 350° and bake for 25 minutes if frozen and 20 minutes if thawed.
