5 pounds ground beef
5 tablespoons Morton's Curing Salt
2 1/2 teaspoons Peppercorn
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons Onion salt
2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ground beef to room temperature. Mix together all ingredients. Chill for 3 full days. Mix thoroughly every day.
Remove after 3 days. Shape into rolls 2 inches around.
Bake at 150 degrees for 15 hours.
