2. fresh yeast 35 g
3. Oil 60 ml
4. Salt 20 g
5. Water 400 - 500 ml

1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well
2. Kneed the dough for about 10 minutes to get a smooth
texture.
3. rest the dough for 10 minutes with slightly damp muslin cloth.
4. The consistency of the dough must be little tighter compared to the normal bread dough.
4. roll out the dough (for an 8 inch pizza, take 170 gms dough
for a 5 inch pizza, take 80 gms dough)
5. let the dough prove for 40 minutes. after the proving is done, lightly prick the dough with a fork. and then waterspray.
6. Preheat the oven at 2000 c for 20 minutes.
7. Grease the pan lightly and arrange the dough on the pan.
8. preheat the oven at 2300 c for 5 - 10 minutes.
9. Bake the dough at 2300 c for 10 - 20 minutes.
