1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup milk
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb crab meat
Salt, pepper, and cayenne (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and butter. Add green pepper. Cook until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Add milk and thicken with flour. Fold in eggs and crab meat. Top with bread crumbs and dots of butter. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
