3 1/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

4 large eggs
15 oz. canned pumpkin
2 sticks melted butter
12 oz. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin, butter and chocolate chips. Add contents to dry ingredients and mix well. Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray. Scoop batter into muffin cups.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
