Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Dough:
1/4 cup warm water
1 package yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 - 4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp soft butter

Filling:
4 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1-2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into small bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and let dissolve 5 minutes.

In large bowl, stir together warm milk and sugar. Then stir in dissolved yeast, egg and vanilla. With wooden spoon, stir in 2 cups of the flour into the mixture and beat well for 100 strokes. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and leave sponge for 15 minutes.

Stir in salt and soft butter into the sponge. Add the remaining flour about a third of a cup each time, stirring well. When ball becomes too hard to stir, flour hands and knead dough in bowl for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to counter and knead a few more minutes until smooth and elastic. Put dough in oiled bowl and turn to coat and cover to let rise until doubled in bulk about 1 hour. Meanwhile, combine cinnamon and sugar for filling.

Punch dough down, knead some more, and let rest (covered) another 10-15 minutes. Butter a 13x9 inch baking dish. Roll out dough to rectangle. Spread the 4 Tbsp softened butter over it and sprinkle with topping. Roll long end. Cut into 12 rolls and place on baking pan. Smear a little butter around edges of rolls so they can pull apart easily after baking.

Cover and let rise again about 30 minutes. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350º. Drizzle topping over top.
