1 c. butter, at room temperature
4 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chopped pecans
icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the butter, sugar, salt & vanilla. Add flour 1/2 c. at a time on low until well mixed. Add chopped nuts - mixture will look crumbly. Squeeze a small amount in one hand to shape into a ball. Place on parchment paper lined sheet. Bake in 325º F oven for 20-25 minutes. Roll or sprinkle with icing sugar while still hot from the oven.
My batch made 32 cookies.
