10-12 Large Potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese
½ C. Sour Cream
3 Tbs. Butter
½ tsp. Onion powder
½ tsp. Garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash potatoes. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings, mix well and let cool.

Transfer to baking dish and bake uncovered for 45-55 mins. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and let stand stand 10 mins. before serving.

You can also liven this up with a cream cheese dip like herb and garlic in place of the regular cream cheese.
