"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 bag (large) Hershey kisses 1 stick butter 1 cup pecans 1/2 - 1 bag miniature marshmallows
Melt the Hershey kisses and butter together over low heat (double boiler works best). Remove from heat and stir in the pecans. Let this mixture cool for about 5 minutes and then add 1/2 - 1 bag of miniature marshmallows. Just add the marshmallows gradually and you can decide when it looks like there is enough.
After all ingredients are mixed together, roll the mixture into a "log" and lay it on aluminum foil (you can spray aluminum foil with Pam if you want). Close the top of the aluminum foil around the log, but try to do it where it does not touch the top of the rocky road. Then put in refrigerator overnight. Remove from regrigerator and slice crosswise to serve ! You can freeze it too.
This recipe was from one of my co-workers. Everyone at work loves it.
