1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. breakfast sausage
Jalapeno peppers, to desired taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown beef, sausage, onions and jalapeno peppers. In crockpot, melt cheese and mushroom soup. Drain meat mixture and pour into other ingredients in crockpot. Simmer from 1 to 2 hours on low. Serve with Tortilla chips or Fritos.

This was one of daddy's recipes and mom has made it for many family gatherings. It seems to be a family favorite so I thought I would include it for all to enjoy.
