6 jumbo flour tortillas
1 onion, diced
1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
1 c. green chilies, diced
1 tsp. chili seasoning
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoning Pepper to taste
2 c. skinless chicken, cooked and diced
1can (10oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. medium picante sauce
1¼ c. Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese, shredded

In large bowl combine soups, onions, green chilies and garlic. Add remaining seasonings and cooked
chicken; mix thoroughly. In 9x13 inch pan, layer three flour tortillas, 1/2 of sauce mixture, then 1/2 shredded cheese. Repeat process a second time. If possible, refrigerate casserole for several hours
allowing flavors to blend before baking. Cook at 350degrees F. for 35 to 45 minutes until cheese melts.
Cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
